Wicked Rouge REFINE - Release v0.7.4

Hey everyone!

Here's the lengthy sixth chapter of the game. You'll be rewarded for all your troubles in the end, Nekomi will make sure to satisfy your pent-up feelings.

Added random events and mercenary action systems. Will be expanded later on.

Make sure to prepare for the hard battle sequence. I've changed some formulas, so new players should end up at a higher level in the new exploration map (increased enemy level range and increased EXP rates by 50%), but anyone using older saves will suffer extra difficulty being lower level than they should.
